Stems procumbent or trailing, glabrous or hairy. Leaf blades elliptic or linear to lanceolate, 20–45 × 2–8 mm, surfaces hairy. Inflorescences 2–5-flowered or flowers solitary; bracteoles scalelike, 1–3(–5) mm. Flow­ers: sepals ovate-lanceolate, 6–9 × 3–5 mm, abaxial surface pilose, villous, glabrate, or glabrous; corolla white, 14–20 mm; stamens: filaments villous near base; style branches connate only at base.
