Stems procumbent or trailing, glabrous or hairy. Leaf blades narrowly oblong-lanceolate to oblong-elliptic, 30–70 × 10–20 mm, surfaces hairy. Inflo­res­cences 3–7-flowered. Flowers: sepals ovate-lanceolate, 7–11 × 3-5 mm, abaxial surface densely villous; corolla white, 15–25 mm; stamens: filaments glandular-villous near base.


Phenology: Flowering Apr–Aug.
Habitat: Sandy barrens.
Elevation: 0–50 m.
