Leaves relatively thin, ± translucent, apex minutely apiculate. Flowers: inner sepals conspicuously glandular-toothed. 2n = 36.
Phenology: Flowering Mar–Aug.
Habitat: Damp, open, or somewhat shaded places, fields, roadsides.
Elevation: 0–1000 m.
