Stems usually hirsute. Leaf blades ± orbiculate, palmately compound, 25–150 × 25–170 mm, (3–)5(–7)-foliolate; leaflets elliptic to oblanceolate, margins dentate or entire, surfaces sparsely to densely hirsute, glabrescent. Inflorescences 2–3+-flowered cymes or flowers solitary. Flowers: sepals oblong, 20 mm, apex acute, abaxial surface hirsute, glabrescent; corolla white, 20–40 × 20–30 mm.
Phenology: Flowering Oct–Feb.
Habitat: Disturbed sites, fields, roadsides.
Elevation: 0–10 m.
Distribution
Introduced; Fla., Mexico, West Indies, Central America, South America, introduced also in Old World subtropics and tropics.
