Stems 5–20 cm, glabrous. Pedicels glabrous. Flowers: sepals glabrous; ovary glabrous. Capsules glabrous. 2n = 22.
Phenology: Flowering summer.
Habitat: Rock outcrops, dry, sandy hillsides, roadsides
Elevation: 300-900 m
Distribution
N.W.T., Yukon, Alaska, Asia (Mongolia, Siberia).
