Leaf blades lanceolate to elliptic or narrowly ovate. Petals dull lavender to lavender-rose. 2n = 22.
Phenology: Flowering May–Oct.
Habitat: Pine flatwoods, wet meadows, bog margins, ditches, wet roadsides, often weedy areas.
Elevation: 0–50 m.
