Fruits suborbicular to elliptic or broadly oblong, keeled on one side; valves: margins covering replum edges, (base and apex rounded), glabrous inside.


Phenology: Flowering late Jul-early Aug.
Habitat: Grass-forb communities on slopes, sagebrush, mountain shrub, limber pine communities, limestone gravel or cobbles
Elevation: 2100-2300 m
