Bract blades green, variously mottled in darker green or bronze, except not mottled in T. petiolatum. Flower sessile. Petals ± erect, except spreading in T. stamineum, mostly dark purple, maroon, yellow, green, or white, sometimes bicolored (dark basally).

nw, e United States.
