Kent, which is generally thought to have been derived from hybrids between <i>L. maximum</i> and <i>L. lacustre</i>. Cultivars of “Shasta daisy” number in the dozens, including “single,” “double,” “quill,” and “shaggy” forms; they may be encountered as waifs or persisting from abandoned plantings.</p>
