Leaf blades glaucous, spatulate or obovate, 11–32 × 6–30 mm, apex obtuse. Flowering shoots 10–20 cm; leaf blades glaucous, nearly suborbiculate, base cordate, clasping stem. Flowers: sepals 2–4 mm, apex acute or subacute; petals pink, white, or yellowish white, 8–10 mm; anthers yellow. 2n = 30.


Phenology: Flowering late spring-mid summer.
Habitat: Rock ledges
Elevation: 100-2400 m

Discussion

Variety heckneri is known from the Klamath Mountains.
