Leaflets: teeth apex ± obtuse, abaxial surfaces pale green, straight hairs sparse to common on veins, cottony hairs absent.

Habitat: Moist meadows, dry grassy slopes, in oak and conifer woodlands
Elevation: 1800–2900 m
