Leaf blade ± terete, straight, equaling or shorter than scape, 0.5–1 mm wide. Scape 15–25 cm. Umbel compact, 10–45-flowered; spathe bracts 2, apex acuminate. Flowers 6–7(–8) mm; tepals white or pale pink, often with green or deep pink midveins; pedicel 5–14 mm. 2n = 14.


Phenology: Flowering Apr–May.
Habitat: Rocky, sandy, or clay soils
Elevation: 800–1300 m

Discussion

Allium lacunosum var. kernensis is known only from the southern Sierra Nevada.
