Habitat: Desert grasslands and shrublands, submontane washes, flats, rocky slopes.
Elevation: 800–2300 m.

Ariz., Colo., N.Mex., Okla., Tex., Utah, Mexico (Coahuila, Nuevo León, San Luis Potosí, Zacatecas).
