Leaf blades (2–)3–4.5 mm wide at widest. Perigynia ovate-elliptic, 3–4 × 1.1–1.7 mm, 2.2–2.8(–3) times as long as wide, margin flat, including wing 0.2–0.5 mm wide.


Phenology: Fruiting early–mid summer.
Habitat: Open floodplain forests, moist to wet grasslands, ditches, stream banks, wet thickets
Elevation: 20–600 m
