Leaf blades 10–30 × 1–2 mm. Disc corollas ca. 3 mm. Cypselae ca. 2 mm. 2n = 36.
Phenology: Flowering spring–early summer, fall.
Habitat: Usually on saline, clay or gypseous soils
Elevation: 50–200 m
Distribution
Tex., Mexico (Coahuila, Nuevo Léon, Tamaulipas).
