Stems gray-green, stellate-pubescent. Leaf blades gray-green, surfaces densely soft white-pubescent. Petals usually lavender. 2n = 20.


Phenology: Flowering summer–fall.
Habitat: Washes, disturbed sites
Elevation: 1000–1100 m
