Leaf blade 3-pinnate proximally; pinnae usually ± perpendicular to rachis, not overlapping. 2n = 58.


Phenology: Sporulating late spring–summer.
Habitat: Cliffs and rocky slopes, on a variety of acidic to mildly basic substrates
Elevation: 0–2300 m
