Peduncles 1-flowered. Bracts 2–12(–15) mm distant from sepals, narrowly lanceolate to broadly triangular, 5–22(–30) × 2–4(–7) mm, margins proximally lobed or toothed.


Phenology: Flowering May–Jul(–Aug).
Habitat: Dry slopes, rocky, shrubby sites, usually on serpentine.
Elevation: 30–2500 m.
