Plants growing singly or in loose, scattered clumps. Leaves 3–9, erect, (2–)3–6.7 dm × 0.8–3.2 cm; blade liguliform, not glaucous, or slightly glaucous to deep shiny green. Tepals no longer than 13 cm.
Phenology: Flowering late spring.
Habitat: Cypress drainages and stringers associated with wet pine flatwoods

Of conservation concern.
Hymenocallis henryae var. henryae is only found in Bay, Gulf, and Walton counties.
