Plants to 5 cm, (diminutive, somewhat stocky). Leaf blades 1–2 × 0.8–1 cm. Inflorescences 1–4-flowered. Flowers homostylous; corolla lobes 10–20 mm. 2n = 22.
Phenology: Flowering summer.
Habitat: Moist alpine meadows and rocky slopes on granitic bedrock
Elevation: 0-1500 m
Distribution
B.C., Alaska, e Asia (Russian Far East).
