Leaves 6–25 × 3–8 mm, blade oblanceolate to elliptic, margins sharply serrate to dentate, at least distally. Flowers: corolla 38–43 mm.


Phenology: Flowering Apr–Jun.
Habitat: Rock outcrops, rocky slopes.
Elevation: 1400–2500 m.

Discussion

Variety serratus is known from the Seven Devils Mountains of Idaho, Wallowa Mountains of Oregon, and Blue Mountains of Washington.
