Leaves awned, costa excurrent in most leaves as a hyaline hair point.
Phenology: Capsules mature spring–summer.
Habitat: Soil, tundra, rocky areas
Elevation: moderate to high elevations (600-2200 m)

Greenland, Alta., B.C., Man., N.W.T., Nunavut, Yukon, Alaska, Calif., Utah, Europe, n Asia.
Discussion
