Stems strongly twining-climbing. Leaf blades narrowly to broadly triangular, basal lobes gradually to abruptly spreading, acutely or obscurely 2-pointed, basal sinus acute, V-shaped, apex acute. Bracts: margins entire.


Phenology: Flowering Apr–Sep.
Habitat: Chaparral, coastal scrub, dry, rocky sites, shrubby slopes.
Elevation: 0–600(–1600) m.
