Flowers 8–20 per inflorescence, 7–10 mm. Fruits 10–12 × 8–12 mm; wing tips often prolonged beyond apex of fruit body.


Phenology: Flowering spring–fall.
Habitat: Sandy soils, coastal scrub, lees of dunes near strand
Elevation: 0-100 m
