Stems silvery-sericeous. Leaves: petiole 10–50 mm; blade reni­form, 5–13 × 12–20 mm, sur­faces: abaxial and adaxial densely sericeous, hairs silvery gray. Pedicels 4–6 mm, recurved near bases. Flowers: sepals 2–2.6 mm at anthesis, to 2.4–3 mm in fruit; corolla cream, 3.4–4 mm. Fruits slightly notched to weakly 2-lobed, 2.2–2.8 × 2–2.1 mm.


Phenology: Flowering Apr–Nov.
Habitat: Desert scrub, oak woodlands.
Elevation: 1000–2500 m.

Distribution

Ariz., N.Mex., Tex., Mexico, South America.
