Stems strigose to hirsuto-villous (hairs equal or unequal). Involucres 3.5–5.5 mm. Ray laminae 4–7 mm, surpassing involucres. Disc corollas 2.5–4.5 mm.


Phenology: Flowering Jun–Jul(–Aug).
Habitat: Rocky slopes and cliffs, alpine slopes and summits
Elevation: 1800–3200 m
