Stems and peduncles sparsely short-stipitate-glandular (longest hairs 0.2–0.3 mm, including glands), never hispid. Ray laminae (1.5–)2–3(–4) mm wide. 2n = 14.
Phenology: Flowering Aug–Oct(–Dec).
Habitat: Granite outcrops, crevices, gravelly slopes, dry soil over outcrops, roadsides
Elevation: 200–400 m
