Stems branched from base and diffuse. Leaf blades 9–14 mm. Fruiting pedicels ascending, 16–28 mm, 1–2 times bracts.


Phenology: Flowering Jun–Oct.
Habitat: Moist sand and loam, near streams, ditches, roadsides, partial shade.
Elevation: 0–300 m.
