Flowers with inconspicuous, sparse bristles at base of lamina, these whitish or with color of lamina, lamina with dull white and reddish markings, usually shorter than horns.
Phenology: Flowering spring–early summer.
Habitat: Moist to dry, shady coniferous forests
Elevation: 0–1600 m

B.C., Alaska, Calif., Idaho, Mont., Oreg., Wash.
