Stem internodes: proximals usually longer than distals. Leaf blades: proximals usually obovate, distals gradually narrower than proximals, apices of proximals usually rounded, distals long-tapering or long-acuminate.


Phenology: Flowering Feb–Jun(–Sep).
Habitat: Washes and adjacent hillsides.
Elevation: 100–1700(–2000) m.
