Leaf blades wrinkled, not markedly rugose. Flowers: petals apricot or red-orange; anthers yellow. 2n = 10.
Phenology: Flowering spring–summer.
Habitat: Dry washes and rocky areas
Elevation: 100–2300 m
Distribution
Ariz., Calif., Nev., Utah, Mexico (Baja California, Sonora).
