Stems pilosulous and stipitate-glandular. Leaves: petioles 10–25(–35+) mm; blades 25–35(–65+) × 20–35(–45+) mm. Peduncles 2–12(–25+) mm. Involucres 8–9+ mm. Corollas 3.5–4 mm. Cypselae 4.5–5 mm; pappi 3.5–5 mm. 2n = 20.


Phenology: Flowering Apr–Jul.
Habitat: Among rocks, stream banks, canyons
Elevation: 400–1400 m
