Leaves: cauline leaf blade linear to linear-lanceolate, widest near bases or at middles. Flowers: corolla tube, galea, and abaxial lip white.
Phenology: Flowering Jun–Aug.
Habitat: Subalpine coniferous forests and glades, forest edges.
Elevation: 700–3100 m.
