Basal leaves: blade margins irregularly serrate to dentate.


Phenology: Flowering May–Jul.
Habitat: Rocky sagebrush slopes and hillsides, cliffs.
Elevation: 200–2000 m.

Discussion

Variety glandulosus is known from the Snake River Plateau of west-central Idaho, northeast Oregon, and southeast Washington.
