Leaf blades rhombic, ovate, lanceolate, or triangular, thick, with pair of basal teeth, margins usually dentate or sinuate-dentate, farinose. Inflorescences glomerules on compound spikes or panicles. Seeds with margins rounded; seed coat honeycombed.

Distribution

North America, Asia.
