Shrubs or small trees, erect, to 2 m, often with short trunk, usually oval in cross section. Stem segments firm.


Phenology: Flowering spring–summer (Feb–Aug).
Habitat: Sand dunes, scrub woodland flats
Elevation: 0-60 m
